Due to the delicate and special nature of formalwear, all gowns and special occasion dresses are final sale.

We encourage all clients to carefully review sizing charts prior to purchase. If you require assistance selecting your size, our team is happy to help before placing your order.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Size exchanges may be approved within 48 hours of delivery if the garment is unworn, unaltered, and all original tags remain attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, odor, makeup, or alteration.
